Blissful Tincture Perineal Care - 50ml

Blissful Tincture Perineal Care is an award winning, soothing postnatal compress solution. Blissful Tincture helps to ease the discomfort of those delicate areas following birth. We know that childbirth can leave you in a great deal of pain and discomfort. You may experience burning and stinging from cuts, grazes, episiotomy and caesarean section wounds, stitches and haemorrhoids. There may be inflammation and soreness, which can lead to difficulties with sitting in a comfortable position and caring for your new baby. This blend of Hypericum and Calendula soothes the soreness associated with childbirth and brings comfort to the early days of motherhood.

Ingredients
Aqua, Alcohol Denat, Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract, Hypericum Perforatum.

Directions for Use
Add 1-2 pipettes of Blissful Tincture to a bowl of ice cold water, mix well to disperse, then submerge a clean sanitary pad or flannel into the solution and place against the perineum. Leave up to 30 minutes.

Add 2-3 pipettes of Blissful Tincture to a warm/cold “sitz bath” or use as a douche onto the perineal area.
